Vic Liwanag has been an excellent property manager acting on our behalf. His coverage of all matters has been excellent which is particularly important to us living in the UK. He has been consistently attentive, keeping us informed immediately of anything relating to our property and tenants. We find his regular inspections of the apartment very helpful providing us with a detailed written report supported by clear photographs. We appreciate his friendly detailed advice and are confident of his management skills.

Vic is my property manager for my property 143B Weston Road and I wanted to let you know he is doing a great job and I am really happy with him. Tenants advised him there was an issue with the hot water cylinder, he called me to let me know and he was able to meet me on site to show me the issue which I was able to sort straight away with my plumber, all sorted within the day. Excellent result and great communication, Vic is very professional.
