Great service and quick response times! I have been renting with this company for two years now, and not once has it felt like the property manager (Nathan Hill) is trying to cut corners or “rip us off”, unlike many other property managers I’ve heard about from my mates. Issues we raise are followed up instantly, every single time. Our property manager sometimes even organises repairs himself, he might just notice something during his inspection and schedule it for us, we really appreciate that honesty and efficiency.

We rented a Property from First National in Kaiapoi for over 3 years. We had regular Reviews but a Representative just walked took photos and left because we kept the house and grounds
In immaculate order. So we house future tenants do the same, and you will have a trouble free Rental.
We had Nathan as our property manager while we were renting a townhouse. He was friendly and easy to deal with. Whenever anything needed attention it was always resolved quickly. Highly professional and we never had any issues. Would recommend!
