Approx 6-7 months ago I managed to sign up for a rental property through James Mullins and have just been so happy with our home, where we live and our Landlord. James was fantastic to deal with, professional, efficient, an excellent communicator and he guided us through the application process which went smoothly. I also want to especially mention Tanya who from the moment I called the office was warm, kind and very informative on what i needed to do to apply for a viewing and the process, she was an absolute delight. Excellent services, super fast reply, very honest We bought our first home through James, and he is a very honest person and very helpful, he would reply to an email or text even at night time after hours no matter what questions or issues we have, he would help us to solve and advise any questions we have even it does not relate to anything about the property, you will not regret to hire him to be your sales or buy agent! Will recommend his services to our friends and family whoever needs this!

I have been dealing with James Mullins in purchasing a rental property in Christchurch. I still can’t quite believe the professional, helpful, and friendly manner in which James dealt with me. He recommended a property, did all the negotiations for purchase, recommended items that needed attention (from the building report he arranged), and got these sorted, including the cleaning of carpets. Potential tenants were screened and recommendations shared with me. 3 weeks after settlement James had the property tenanted. His knowledge and attention to detail made the purchase so much smoother than I could have hoped for. Baring in mind that I’m currently based in the UK so much of my correspondence with James was outside of his normal working hours. I have dealt with First National for over 20 years and am a big fan of theirs. Trustworthy, professional, and efficient.
Progressive Real Estate & Property Management have been managing my three houses in Christchurch, NZ for over 18 years and I always found their support to be accurate, timely, responsive, and professional. Their management made the ownership and rental of properties from abroad easy and I don’t ever recall a time when my houses remained vacant.
