Ellie has been very efficient and communicative. As soon as the previous tenants gave notice, Ellie got in contact with us and promptly organised advertising for a new tenant, showing the house and ensuring there was as little time between tenants as possible. She has also been great at organising repairs.

Ellie is an excellent property manager always was fast at responding if there was an issue, at the end of my fixed term she negotiated an extension with the owners, always super understanding. Highly recommended Ellie, would rent via Ellie again.
