Vic Liwanag has been an excellent property manager acting on our behalf. His coverage of all matters has been excellent which is particularly important to us living in the UK. He has been consistently attentive, keeping us informed immediately of anything relating to our property and tenants. We find his regular inspections of the apartment very helpful providing us with a detailed written report supported by clear photographs.
