When I sold my 1930’s character house earlier this year I found out what a challenge that could be in a post-quake Christchurch.  Luckily I chose Sue Mullins and Karen Newell, their excellent advice on preparing the house for sale was invaluable. By taking the time to present it well, I was fortunate to only need one open home. The follow up communication of the sale made what could have been a stressful time so much easier.
