It has been absolutely fantastic working with this company. Professional, quick, detailed, kept excellent and fast communication with us throughout – inquiries, information, documentation, and the sign up process, and having the tenant move in. They listened to our questions and answered them very quickly and very professionally. They care! I’m recommending this business. Very, very glad we made this choice. We get to ‘set and forget’ as we like to call it – meaning we don’t have to think about our rental because we know it is in very safe and capable hands with this company.

Easy and professional service.
I have been renting an apartment at First National Progressive for almost a year now. And have been very happy with the apartment and the support. I had an issue with a parking space and the cooker, but both where dealt with very quickly by the property manager Kate Van Den Berg. They always respond quickly to emails and have very friendly staff.
When I have a problem, it is quickly dealt with.
