Kate brings a strong customer service background and a genuine passion for property to her role. This is her first position in property management; however, her long-standing interest in the industry and people-focused approach provide a solid foundation for delivering excellent service.

Previously, Kate worked as a Flight Attendant with Air New Zealand, where she learned that going the extra mile can make a meaningful difference to a person’s experience. She has also supported Air Traffic Controllers in a high-pressure environment, further strengthening her ability to remain calm, responsive, and professional when managing demanding situations.

Originally from Christchurch, Kate is married to her husband from Fiji and is a proud mum of two children who keep her very busy outside of work.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending quality time with her family and unwinding with a hot coffee. Her strengths lie in building strong relationships, delivering attentive service, and ensuring both property owners and tenants feel supported and well cared for.
